Hi, lovely people!
Today is the last day of February and it means that this is the time to summarize the achievements and losses of the month!
And sure, it’s time to make the plan for the next episode!
Regarding our plans for February (you can check it here) the main goal for this month was to add users’ profiles to our platform, to allow users to fill the info about themselves and, finally, to publish the list of freelancers.
And… let’s discuss it.
We worked hard and all that we want is to bring more useful features to the platform.
And here is our achievements in February:
- Added freelancers listing
- Added automatically generated profiles (contains only your wallet address and your stats)
- Hired new developer in our team to improve our UI
- Created the script for frontend node deployment
- Started making the localization system, because we understood how many Spanish and Portuguese speaking people are freelancers, and we want to bring them the most convenient system to use
- Created the draft of a monetization scheme for different business models, and this point we want to describe a little bit in detail.
We understood that we want to build, but it is impossible to build it alone. And the main objective for us right now – is to find partners, who will bring tasks and money for the platform on this stage.
We understand that the platform that we’ve built can be used in a different kind of business, where you have two participants. Our platform helps you to provide fast and secure payments around the world, and it has a huge potential. But we need to find the first place, where we can implement it.
That’s why we decided to take a break and focus on market research.
So, here is our losses in February:
- Integrate digital profiles (CVs) to fill in contacts, social media accounts, skills, freelancers’ previous experience, etc.
- Add possibility to publish vacancies on the platform
- Proof-of-Concept: members’ profiles assessment by community validators
- Proof-of-Concept: digital profile monetization – how to share profit between a freelancer, a platform and a business node’s owner
According to the new objective, we will correct our roadmap, but we are ready to say what we gonna do this March:
- Marketing: searching for a partners (create campaigns, ADS, networking)
- Tech: translate our UI to Spanish and Portugese
