How do we work with copywriters?

We are often work with copywriters and in this article we want to clarify requirements and our expectations for these articles written by our community members.

Blog Post Structure

First of all, we want to show you an ideal structure of each article. Let’s go!

Additionally we would like to have a few sentences (15-20 words) to hook and convince people to open an article from social media (we will use these words as a snippet, it will be available when someone publish a link to your post on social media).

General Requirements

We read tons of articles every day to develop our reading ability, and we formed the list of requirements for articles that are necessary:

• An article should be submitted in Google Docs format (with possibility to leave comments from our side), with a brief introduction about the author
• The article should not contain plagiarism. Content must be 95% unique and should not be rewritten of existing ones (the freelancer that doesn’t respect this, won’t be able to work with/for us ever again)
• The article should not have AI-generated content (we know about ChatGPT and AI, of course)
• If you added some pictures in your article, you should share also the link to the original picture URL (it is all about copyrights)
• If you put some quotations or want to mention someones opinion, you should share the links in your article
• The article should be at least 1200 words long
• Article should be good formatted (using ordered on unordered lists, bold and other text formatting if needed)
• The article should be written in English (Spanish, Portuguese, and other languages will be added later) and be well-researched and well-written

Well, we think that it is not so hard to follow these rules, but in the end both sides of this deal will be satisfyed!
